PRICING *

A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is due at booking to save your date (as Jennie Brown Photo also potentially turns down other clients for that date). The deposit is payable by Venmo or credit card. Clients are not booked until the deposit has been paid and this agreement has been filled out.

The remainder of the balance is due by the session date. It is payable by Venmo, credit card, check, or cash.

Client agrees to pay the full session fee. Additional fees may be required for travel, locations that require permits, or studio fees.

DELIVERABLES & TURNAROUND TIME *

Clients will receive photos in an online gallery within 3-4 weeks. A link to the gallery will arrive via email.

The photographs will be available for download for one month. After one month, it will cost $25 to make them available to download again.

The photos will be sent over as high resolution JPG images. Jennie Brown Photo does not deliver RAW files.

Jennie Brown Photo retains the copyright to all images taken, but releases printing rights to the client to make prints for personal use.

RESCHEDULING *

If rescheduling is necessary, it must take place at least 24 hours before the photo session, and there will be a $25 rescheduling fee. Finding a new time is subject to availability.

Clients may also be responsible to pay location fees for the canceled session in addition to the rescheduled session (e.g., studio rental fees, location permits).

Occasionally, emergencies, illness, or extreme weather conditions make the photo session not possible at the originally scheduled time. In such circumstances, there will be no rescheduling fee. Jennie Brown Photo reserves sole discretion to determine when a rescheduling fee can be waived.

ADVERTISING *

I agree that Jennie Brown Photo may use images taken at the session for advertising purposes, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media, or print materials. If I have concerns about the use of images from my session, I will discuss those with Jennie Brown Photo prior to the session and different accommodations may be made.
